Shipping Services
We ship using the following trusted carriers:
- Evri
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed delivery by 1 pm the next working day within the UK)
Please Note: To guarantee next-day delivery by 1 pm, orders must be placed before 5 pm (UK time) Monday–Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
UK Shipping Options
We offer three shipping options for customers in the UK:
- First Class:
- Delivery within 2–3 working days
- Tracked via Evri
- £5.50
- Second Class:
- Delivery within 3–5 working days
- Tracked via Evri
- £4.50
- Special Delivery:
- Guaranteed next-day delivery (by 1 pm)
- Tracked via Royal Mail
- £9.95
International Shipping
We also ship worldwide using Royal Mail.
- International orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days.
- Tracking is available via Royal Mail.
Important: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees once the package reaches the destination country. We are not liable for these charges.
General Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days of purchase, depending on the time and day your order is placed.
- Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates and subject to potential delays beyond our control.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Order Details: Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout. Once dispatched, orders cannot be amended.
Refunds and Returns
- Customers are required to pay return shipping costs if the order is refused or returned.
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received in its original condition. Due to sanitation policies, refunds may be denied if items are not returned in an acceptable condition.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Issues with Delivery
Customers have a 14-day window from the delivery date to report any issues, such as missing or damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with claims made after this period.
